Twiching inside stomach Negative pregnan

I am 32yr old female i missed my periods on october and tested negative twice.took meprate with consulation after that got period thrice regularly on nov 2nd nov 31st and dec 28th respectively.now from past 3 weeks daily night i feel twiching or fluttering inside the stomach mainly at night and morning.feels like baby is kicking.am scared whether am pregnant.
