Twice period in a month

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had an unprotected sex after period then I will took unwanted 72 within 72 hours Last time period during sex is 6/9/2017 But I had periods on 18/9/2017 And then now again I got periods on 2/10/2017 What does it means????? Am I get pregnant?????
