Does ayurvedha have permanent cure for shrinking inflammed turbinate hypertrophy? What have any patients cured it via ayurvedha? Please advise if so. I am suffering a lot due to blocked nose.

Ayurved can cure but I suggest you go for surgery if you have much problem. Or if you have patience then do yoga anulom vilom and kapal bhati regular empty stomach.
Otherwise surgery is better option.

1-Kanchanaar guggulu 4-0-4 bd af
2-Vridhi vadika vati 3-0-3 bd af
3-Shad Bindu oil for both nostril as for drop -6 drops in each nose at 8 am after fresh up daily x 15 days sittings
4- Laghu soot Shekhar rasa 500 mg 1-0-1 bf af
Next Steps
Take steaming after oil nasal drop and before nasal drop
Avoid cold items ,wear mask if you have smoke dust allergy

Ayurveda has cure for turbinate hypertrophy. If u have some improper life style it can happen.. Eg: late night head bath or very early morning when it's cold, using ac for long hours etc. If ur bowel habits are not regular also it can cause the issue. Basically u need to be evaluated properly to find the cause and to choose the right medicine for you.
