Sir when I spit after wake up there are few drops of blood ..I have done test like ...montex test,CBC,sputum test..test report norml.. but my tb gold test is positive...my platelate very low 42k. is this the reason of blood in spitile. What is the authenticity of tb gold test positive .. should I consider myself a TV patient.plz rply

Tb gold is not gold standard test for ptb ,do HRCT thorax and consult a pulmonologist for further evaluation and management
