You seem to be suffering from tuberculosis of the lymph nodes which is usually confirmed by fine needle aspiration cytology. AKT 4 is initially started for two months. All the tablets can be taken together at bedtime. Make sure you get your liver function tests done before starting treatment and after 15 days of treatment
