Tsh level fluctuations
Have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism 3 years ago following a missed miscarriage and later unable to conceive dr did thyroid antibodies test which was normal but I now from last few months my tsh level going up and down recently its 0.007 and my new fertility specialist wants to repeat my tpo antibodies is it relevant and as it was negative before I have no fixed dr for thyroid management what should I do and thus thyroid can cause secondary infertility???plz advice

Yes hypothyroidism causes infertility. Please do thyroid profile with tpo antibody. Consult endocrinologist
