Depends on symptoms and why the blood test is one. I would recommend rechecking again along with anti tpo antibodies to confirm diagnosis. Thyroxine tablets are the only treatment and dose depends on your weight. No specific diet changes necessary for thyroid illness but recommend a healthy well balanced diet
