TSH level fluctuation

Asked for Female, 31 Years

She is 28 weeks pregnant. She is on levothyroxine 100 mcg. We we're in USA , he last lab report done in USA on 27/11/2018 the level on TSH was 1.40 uIU/ ml. We came back to India last week and reinvestigated her TSH from Dr. Lal path lab on 15/12/2018 and report shows 3.226 uIL/ ml. I am bit nourvous because of this fluctuations. Response will be highly appreciated.
