Tsh level 8.7 in 33 weeks of pregnancy

I am 33.4 weeks pregnant and I have hypothyroidism since 10yrs. My tsh levels were very high in the initial two months of pregnancy and required close monitoring after which it came down.Although,T4 has always been in normal range. My last tsh level which was done one month ago was 3.8 which is around the normal range. But this time the tsh has gone upto 8.7 which is very high,FreeT4 being in normal range. My current dose of thyroxine is 125mcg. Kindly suggest how much she I increase the dose.
