TSH above 7 , Do i need to worry ?

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I got my periods last mnth thrice, as I was too much stessed out,restless ,improper sleep wid1 month night shift.I had my abdomen pelvic ultrasound done and No symptons of PCOD was found.My TSH level is 7 though T3 and T4 are normal. Also I had done my blood test on the day when I had a gud sleep of 6 hours after my nyt shift.Dp i have thyroid
