  4. Thyroid problem tsh is 7. I can follow!

Thyroid problem tsh is 7
My tsh level is 7 right now  last time in august it was 2.61 i was taking 100mcg thyronorm till the date i tested for  last tsh test which was 7. I am planning for pregnancy. Kindly suggest proper medication & proper diet that I can follow
