I am 27 years old I am trying to get pregnant and I have had 3 miscarriage in the last 5 years I have under active thyroid and this month I had my period for 2 days it was normal not that heavy then on the 3 day I had light pink blood then brownish blood I don’t no what to do I feel like vomiting all day I have headaches and feel tired all the time please help me i want to get pregnant I have a 6 yr old daughter
