Trying to concieve
I m 31.tryng to cnciv. took letroz & tamox den follliculr study. took hcg shot on day 17. cnfrmed ovulation. den started Duphaston. n still on same. tsice daily. tody is my 29day. took upt. its negative. m feelng depressed. morover got pimples n little swelled gums, I.e symptms of menses. plz help. wat are d chnces of conception.

OK to start afresh I would suggest blood tests if you have not had them already. That would include fsh/lh/thyroid function /prolactin levels and AMH. Foe you husband check sperm count. Once all normal do a tubal patency test thro either HSG /HYCOSY. Then ovulation induction with letrose or Fsh and IUI. For info on the above check www.conceive.co.in .Make sure you are on folic acid. If at least 3 cycles of IUI fails then look at IVF unless there are other indications for it sooner. Good luck!!
