Trying to concieve

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I concieved normally and I had a early miscariaage within a week in July.. Since then am trying to conceive.. My doctor prescribed duphaston and took hcgshots for ovulation.. It's been a week since I stopped and today I got periods.. My cycles are regular and my hormonal levels too.. Pls help
