When to concieve
I Had abdomen myomectomy last month. Reports says with myomectrial incision made as had one 1.8 cm submousal( in endometrial cavity) and 6 other fibroids , largest of 7 cm. When to plan at age 40? How to strengthen endometrial cavity? Is ovarian reserve enough to conceive (enclosed a snapshot).
