  4. Trying to conceive. Course of action?

Trying to conceive
My husband and I are trying to conceive since 8-10 months now. My AMH came 1.06 this June and TSH is imbalanced ranging from 4.01-6 , T3 T 4 normal, TV ultrasound normal, FSH normal , periods are regular but slightly painful. Semen Analysis normal. I need to understand how much does AMH alone affects fertility or what should be the course of action?
