Trying to conceive

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi dr, I’ve been trying to conceive .My period was on 1st December.I had intercourse on fertile days as well as near and after fertile days(followed an app).My period is due on Jan 1st.Yesterday I am having slight cramps which goes of in minutes or pains for an hour n just vanishes..I feel some pain around the breast but when I touch it’s not and yesterday I even got slight discharge..Will I be getting a good news .Hoping for good Thanks
