Trying to conceive Help
Its been 6 months, we are trying to conceive. With 29 days regular cycle. Today is cycle day 1. What can we try this cycle to make it work. We are thinking if taking medical help after 6 more months. We have tried SPerm meets egg method for 3 cycle and alternate days after period + every day in fertile window method for other three. Any medicines that we can take to increase chances which have no side effects? Eg folic acid tablets. I had a miscarriage 2 yrs back. Reports attached. attached.

Dear Practo user, please relax first. Intercourse every alternate day from Day 10 to Day 20 of your cycle is recommended since this is your fertile period. A bit of lifestyle modification which includes a healthy diet a regular exercise will increase your chances of conception. Folic acid does not increase your probability of conceiving but helps in development of your baby once you are pregnant.  Please consult your gynecologist for a detailed evaluation as well.

You need not have relationship so frequently. Just time it rightly from Day 10 to Day 18 on alternate day. Continue folic acid tablets.

Take Tablet Fertisure F and Fol 123 for female partner and Tablet Fertisure M for Male partner once a day for a month
