Trying to conceive

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Am trying to conceive butI have irregular cycle.. Last month gynae prescribed me contraceptive to regulate period.. After 21 days of pill I had me periods on 28th day and ended on 13th of June.. But today am again experiencing some spotting and period discharge. Is it normal to have period in a gap of 20 days??
