I have ultrasound scanning on 11th day in my cycle.few tiny nabothian cysts in uterus.ET is 5.2mm triple layer.19*18and 17*15mm follicle in right ovary.17*15and 16*14mm follicle in left ovary.is there any chance to getting pregnancy

Chances are there but endometrial thickening is less so take either tablet or gel from doctor ,it will increase.Take injection for rupture of follicle and meet consecutive three days.
