Hello my friend I understand ur anxiety .. However first and foremost sonography is not  the best test to understand bladder dysfunction. There are better n more dedicated tests for it. Also I don't understand by 'erecate' ... Do u mean have erection? A  consultation with an experienced Urologist specialised in bladder dysfunction will really help in understanding A. what is actually happening with ur bladder B. Try to treat it. Don't please jump to conclusions till u meet a qualified and experienced doctor. Non qualified doctors who don't have in depth knowledge about bladder function would tend to give ill-judged diagnosis. I can help u definitely as bladder dysfunction is area of interest for me. .. but u need to hve 2 things till u r treated -- patience ( becaise understanding bladder dysfunction is a step by step process which may take time and so does it treatment)) and relax because it actually may turn out to be something very minor.
