My wife has tnbc with grade 3 and tumor size 3 cm ,axillary node positive at time of diagnosis. 4 cycles of Paclitaxal and carboplatin is completed. Now AC regimen to be started.. what should be the recommended dosage ?

Hi,firstly I am sorry that your wife has been diagnosed with tnbc. However treatment is available and still curable. Next line will be adriamycin 60 mg per m2!and cyclophosphamide 600 mg per m2. Final doses your doctor will decode according to patient general condition and tolerability
