Hi doc Does taking triphala churanam cause cold with throat infection? I m taking for past two weeks.. I got cold twice n my voice changed..

No,it can't be due to Triphla..May be you have throat infection due to seasonal changes or some other reasons..kindly consult accordingly

Now gargle with its decoction. Have sukshama Trifala 2 tab thrice a day for 3- 5days . Have only pop rice as dinner

No its not due to triphala but if youre sensitive to kapha and if you've got kapha prakriti then maybe its possible that it gets aggravated by one of their content such as due to haritaki in it. You need to take kapha nashak herbs such as shitopladi churna-2gms or yashtimadhu churna with honey-2gms for 7 days.

No taking triphala at night dont cause any cold However if u have cold, try to avoid it.. Now you can have tulsi leaves(3), dip it in honey and consume it. Take care
