Are u diabetic? What is ur LDL cholesterol? What is ur weight? Do u have any hypothyroidism? If u r not diabetic or hypothyroid LDL cholesterols r normal u don’t have to take any medication becoz u r young. If u have any family history of heart disease, diabetes pls get checked once. Even if ur LDL cholesterols r slightly elevated u can control that with diet and exercise. If u r diabetic n sugars r high triglycerides tend to rise n they get back to normal once sugars r controlled. If u have hypothyroidism if u take medication for that triglycerides will get back to normal.
Next Steps
Check ur sugars, thyroid status
Health Tips
Eat diet rich in fibre like whole pulses, vegetables n fruits if u r not diabetic. Minimise the quantity of oil as much as possible.Exercise at least 30 to 45 min a day for at least 5 days a week. Above this if ur triglycerides r still high start taking omega 3 fatty aid capsules like fish liver oil capsules
