No treatment can be suggested like this. Such issues reflect but there als a lot more inside what s the reason for this behaviour. You shall need a detailed evaluation and then overall analysis and then only medication can be prescribed.
Mental health issues are not like fever due to malaria or any viral fever that you take paracetamol and it goes off it doesn't work that way. You also have to work upon it
