Trichomonas vaginalis infection
Hello doctor i am 30 years old female I have 2 kids my periods are regular but this month I got 2 times periods first one is April 3 that also only 2 days then I got again April 19 so am going to check up my doctor she's doing scanning and all she's told everything is normal then she's telling me I have infection in vegina trichomonas vaginalis infection she's recommended some medicine to take am attaching the report let me know is it right medicine and one more thing is right now am in calorie deficit diet around 1100 calorie I l eat is it fine to take this medicine on diet time let me know and why this infection coming to me it will go after i finish this medicine let me know please.and please clear why I got 2 times periods.am attaching medicine photos.
