My doctor asked me to use tretinoin as i have acne but after 3-4 days of use i can see more acne and redness what to do

Tretinoin on active acne can actually flare it.
Next Steps
Stop using if it flares. Acne treatment can need oral medication as well. I usually do a 6 months course for acne.
