Treatment while trying to conceive
Hi doctors, I'm 30 years old with mild PCO. I have combination skin, hyper sensitive and slightly acne prone. I have very dry and frizzy hair. I'm trying to conceive. My complete blood test shows no deficiencies. Currently I'm using Ducray Anaphase Shampoo for a year but no improvement. For skin, my routine is simple: Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser Avene thermal water Isntree Hyaluronic water cream La Roche Pisay Cicaplast Sunscreen. What can i include for shiny hair and good skin?
