It is mentioned that you have a tear in the biceps tendon. It is not clear whether it is a partial tear or a complete tear. Neither it is mentioned whether it is a horizontal one or vertical one . If possible share the film photo to assess properly. If it is partial tear, then it can be managed with Ayurvedic medicine and immobilisation of the joint. If it is a complete hair then you should need a compulsory guidance of orthopedic surgeon for its management. Generally, the surgery is done in a laparoscopic way so you need not worry you will recover fast . After the surgery, you can take the guidance of ayurveda for rehabilitation and region of full range of motion.

Sir,the biceps tendon is completely ruptured and is dislocated down Ayurveda can do little.U may go for surgery.
