Hi, Oleanz Plus (which usually contains olanzapine + fluoxetine) is generally meant to be taken once daily, most commonly at night, unless your psychiatrist has specifically advised twice-daily dosing.
Next Steps
- Contact your prescribing psychiatrist • Ask whether you should: Return to once-daily dosing, OR Shift the entire dose to night, OR Reduce strength - Do not stop abruptly, and do not keep increasing doses without advice.

Hey, oleanz has different doses. Please do not increase or decrease without consulting a doctor. Here, also please try to reach your Psychiatrist. Dizziness, laziness could be due to the overdose of oleanz.
