I'm  Dhruba Jyoti Borah     Sir, As I start to take the Inspiral 20 sr(methylphenidate hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets) I face some problems like I loose my appetite, feeling nervous,confused(experience fear also), tired,drowsiness.I feel uncomfortable to interact with others. I'm using the medicines for six days. What should I do now?
