Hi ! If you have reservations about medication, you can meet a Clinical Psychologist, we provide assessments as well as therapy based on the diagnosis. All problems need not be treated with medication. There are numerous therapies which do help in resolving issues.
Health Tips
It will be better that you seek help as early as possible. Further delay can be counterproductive.

Hi , we all know how anxiety captivates a person's life and blocks him in several ways . Your anguish is justified but please calm down as psychology has been very constructive and effective in healing these areas. Along with ayurvedic medicine you will need Counseling sessions and therapeutic approaches where the counselor will identify your fears , areas where you go weak , they will also evaluate your past experiences and history to know how this has developed. When a person develops anxiety his cognition changes and gives him an extorted vision of any event or routine things.so it is necessary to work on the  cognitive aspect.( Your thought process) Our Counseling practice encompasses a broad range of therapies and cognitive approaches customised according to needs of clients. Some self  help tips: Tell yourself the following: 1 . Hey dear, please stop panicking this is a temporary phase and , you are going to come out if this feeling soon. 2 . I know this feeling is terrible , blocking me and making me feel too weak but I will get stronger and   will overcome this soon . 3 All these things that I am finding too tough to do right now , soon I am going to do all that with enthusiasm.once I start my treatment. Nutritive food intake Healthy Food intake plays a good role. Dark green leafy vegetables, berries ,omega3 fatty acids, walnuts, avacado….all these help brain function run smoothly. physical Exercise : releases endorphins,( a chemical that produces feeling of joy ) the body’s very own natural antidepressant. Exercise stimulates the release of many of the brain chemicals which are in low supply when someone is battling anxiety. Yoga and meditation : Very effective , deep breathing  intakes a good proportion of oxygen in your body and oxygenates the blood cells well thus boosting your mood. Deep breathing also slows down the release of stress hormone . Activate yourself by: 1 . Jogging 30 mins 2 . Call up two friends and initiate talk. 3  . Look in mirror , and talk 3 things that you like about yourself. I hope this helps I give all kind of counseling services online as well as face to face. Simoni shah Mental Health counselor. Ayurvedic medicine is known to help with anxiety but to get better results I suggest you couple it with therapy as well. You can speak to any counsellor who will help you gain insight about the nature of your problems and and ways to overcome it through therapeutic processes. You can contact me or any other psychologist of your choice.
