Treatment for proteus vulgaris UTI

Hi, Please prescribe me best antibiotic to treat proteus vulgaris urinary tract infection. I have been to a doctor and used many tablets, the infection is reduced but not been cured. When the tablets are used I feel good and as soon as I stop using them infection is coming back. So please prescribe the best antibiotic(s) to cure my proteus vulgaris urinary tract infection. Right advice will be very helpful. Thanks for your kindness in advance.
