Treatment for perioral hypermelanosis
I am advised to take aziderm on long term for the discoloration around mouth. I am using sunscreen 3 times a day. I took momate cream for 5 days as prescribed. Pigmentation reduced a bit. I am planning for pregnancy. May I know what is the cause for this pigmentation? Will sunscreen reduce this eventually?

Madam it could be due to vitamin deficiency or sun induced. Sunscreen will protect you from further harm by sun exposure. But it alone may not reduce the pigmentation. Kindly consult online for more detailed treatment
