Hello I'm Dr. Nikita Iyer. You can use Dbiotic ear drops as it has antifungal coverage in case of otomycosis. Sometimes the ear drops might cause a bit of a sting while inserting it, but please don't stop the course as it helps in getting rid of fungal debris inside the ear.
