My mother has got a white patch like infection in her tounge which pains a lot. Pain is Pinching Sensation, like the pain we get when we apply injection. The pain is in and around where that white infected area. She is having lot of pain while talking or eating. Please suggest what is the diagnosis or medicine. Please.
