Totally dry and soft skin in inner thigh

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have previously diagnosed with scabies 3 years back while i was staying in a hostel. Now the colour of my inner thighs is little red/white and is easily noticable. Skin on thighs are dry. I never felt itching but i doubt the infection has come back? how can i get rid of that colour change there?
