Total insomnia for 6 days/nights
3 months ago i was a normal 28 yrs old woman, who slept 8-9 hours/night whitout any struggle, then i moved into an apartament with extremely noisy neighbours (there is silence maximum 5 hours in 24 hours). I started fall asleep harder and harder, till i got to this point to not sleep at all because i never could fall asleep in noisy places, now i have 6 days with 0 hours asleep and DONT feel the need to sleep anymore, i dont feel tired, i just have muscle trembling and feel miserable all the tim

Sleep is process of relaxing our body n brain. If a person is deprived of sleep, den it's natural to experience all dose wat u ve listed here. Practice dese following sleep hygiene tips: - sleep at regular time every day - use bed only to sleep - keep d room dark n calm during sleeping time -use ear plugs to avoid external noise - keep away all d distractions from d room including d ticking clock n gadgets - expose to 1 hr of morning sunlight in d day - do not consume caffeine after 6pm - no smoking/ alcohol ny time in d day - moderate exercise in d evening - warm bath before bedtime - drink warm milk with a small banana at bedtime Still continue to have sleep disturbance den consult a psychiatrist for further suggestions.
