Toothache a. Wgich still continues!

It's very difficult to say anything in this case without x ray. Sometimes it's only when you bite something hard from the tooth without a cap and some part gets fractured. That fracture leads to gum exposure at the sides which lead to pain. Another possibility can be that the tooth gets broken by eating something hard as it is root canal treated one, might fracture from inside in the worst case. One more possibility can be that the tooth because it's broken can lead to reinfection in the tooth which may end up in going for another root canal for the same teeth.
