Do warm saline rinses (lukewarm water with pinch of salt) 4-5 times a day to keep that area clean . For sever pain you can take Ketorol Dt (2 tab in 1/2 glass of water). Visit your Dentist so that after seeing position and condition of your wisdom tooth ,he/she can give you proper treatment plane.
