One of my teeth always forms a fluid above the teeth i.e on gum and cause pain when the fluid goes out pain will be gone but as of now fluid formed and is not able to come out causing pain and fewer

please visit your dentist soon...without doing clinical examination and radiographs, it is hard to diagnose the problem...it could be an infection....

Your tooth seems to be infected. It will require a root canal treatment. Get an X-ray done and your dentist will advise you accordingly. To help drainage of fluid do hot water gargles with salt
