I have tooth pain from last three days.can I take novamax 500. Can I get relief because I am from away from town.please advise.I am diabetic, and have BP.

Hello, novamox 500mg is a penicillin antibiotic ,not a painkiller So to get relief from pain you need to have a painkiller as antibiotic is likely to help in case of any infection and not necessarily subside pain alone

You can take Tab Dolonex dt twice daily for 2-3 days to subside pain,untill you are unable to visit a dentist
