I understand that you are suffering from severe pain and you can use any over the counter medication for relief of pain.
But using over the counter medication for relief is a temporary solution as only the symptom is getting eliminated and not the cause. So I would rather suggest you to visit a nearby dentist for diagnosis and treatment. Getting the tooth treated endodontically (RCT)followed by crown would be the proper mode of treatment as I guess pain could be secondary to a deep carious lesion ( decayed tooth)

U can take ketorol dt 10mg for pain but this is for time being.pain could be due to various tooth go for the checkup and it will confirm your type treatment.
