My age is 22yrs. I still have many Deciduous teeth and no permanent buds present. Now two of the upper tooth got caries. Looking for an better treatment which department of dentistry i should go for ? I had some treatment earlier, the doctors told me its a case of hypodontia.

First of all u need to take a full mouth radiograph i.e the opg.. Then a complete clinical examination will be done to give u viable treatment options..
If ur upper teeth hve got caries, get them treated. Since as u say, u also hve hypodpntia, it's important to save present teeth including deciduous teeth. Further details of the treatment would depend on OPG radiographic view. Multidisciplinary approach may be required.
