Tooth pain and gum swelling
My age is 22yrs. I still have many Deciduous teeth and no permanent buds present. Now two of the upper tooth got caries. Looking for an better treatment which department of dentistry i should go for ? I had some treatment earlier, the doctors told me its a case of hypodontia.

First of all u need to take a full mouth radiograph i.e the opg.. Then a complete clinical examination will be done to give u viable treatment options..

If ur  upper teeth hve got caries, get them treated. Since as u say, u also hve hypodpntia, it's important to  save present teeth including deciduous teeth. Further details of the treatment would depend on OPG radiographic view. Multidisciplinary approach may be required. Hope this information helps u....
