Tooth itching and burning sensation
Of late I have observed that whenever I eat sweets or take anything Cold or Hot, I develop severe burning sensation in one of the Teeth.

It seems that your tooth is affected by Irreversible pulpitis and will require root canal treatment so that your symptoms can be alleviated permanently. You should not delay the treatment until the symptoms aggravate further which might even make the tooth non restorable and in that case it will require extraction only. Regards.
