I am having my braces now!! Should I eat jalebi (sweet) or should I avoid it now?
Will eating Jalebi would be any problem??

You can eat sweets but brushing your teeth afterwards is important. If not possible at least rinse water.
Avoid very hard sweets.

Hello sir, Yes you can eat sweets but you will have to properly wash your mouth after taking it or even brush your teeth if required. But generally it’s advisable to avoid sticky when you are wearing brace.

Very sticky things should be generally avoided as they can dislodge the brackets. If it’s not too sticky then you can have it
