I will advise you to get radiographic  examination of the area by going for an OPG and CBCT after the examination we can assess the amount,height  and thickness of bone in that area accordingly we can select the implant for that region.The cost depends on which implant system you will choose and the time for the entire process will be divided into two stages the duration of which will be around 3 months.

An X-ray is required to judge the bone in that area and only then a dentist can guide you whether an implant is possible or not in that area. If your tooth has fallen due to periodontal problem, an implant may not be the best solution
