Visit dentist get root canal treatment done followed by crown. Tooth pain n infection wont go unless you treat etiology i.e. caries. Its not like cough n fever where you take medication and symptoms will be relieved.

Hello sir,kindly provide picture for proper diagnosis. Only medication is not an option.there is endodontic and prosthetic treatment also.
