Treatment for tooth pain during pregnancy depends on trimester. Normally if urgent, some emergency treatments like Extraction, Access Opening, Oral Prophylaxis can be performed during Second Trimester to relieve pain.
There are very limited number of safe Medicines which can be prescribed during pregnancy and that too with consent from your Gynecologist.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist as soon as possible. Tab Paracetamol 650 mg (SOS) might relieve your pain lil bit for time being.
Can be taken maximum 3 times a day.
