Hello,
For dental caries there are different treatments
If only a small cavity can be filled .
If large cavity with pain then root canal treatment can be done to save the tooth and then capping.
If no crown structure present or minimal crown structure then root canal followed by post and core and then capping.
The last option will be removal .
You can get a x ray done and then decide.

Good morning sir
If the tooth is completely decayed than you have to go for its removal but if it can be saved with rct you can also do that because if its molar then it is required for chewing which is important
So on clinical examination we can let you know what should we go for
You can reach us on precto also
